丁辉,现为天津大学副教授,博士生导师,2018科学中国人年度人物,擅长运用化学工程原理解决土壤、大气及水环境污染问题。组建了环境治理与土壤生态修复团队,团队面向国家重大环境治理需求,聚焦环境化学科学前沿,在重塑农田土壤生态、大气挥发性有机物污染控制等方面做出了积极探索和重要贡献。创新性地开发了常温催化氧化(NTCO)降解挥发性有机物(VOCs)技术,起草制定了《常温催化氧化法治理挥发性有机物技术规范》团体标准(T/CI 019-2021)。

所开发的常温催化降解VOCs创新技术经科技成果评价中心鉴定为“国内领先”水平,成功制备了常温降解苯等VOCs的原子级活性位点催化剂,并揭示了无外界能量输入条件下VOCs的常温催化氧化反应机理。提出了“边修复、边增产”农田土壤修复理念,实现了技术成果转化及产业化应用。“营养元有机碳骨架土壤修复剂”经天津市高新技术成果转化中心鉴定为“国际领先”水平。所开发的营养元有机碳骨架土壤修复剂,可低成本、节时、高效修复受损农耕土壤,工程示范表明该修复剂高效阻断重金属向根系迁移、降解土壤中DDT等农药残留、增加农作物产量、改善农产品口感的效果。该技术的推广取得了良好的社会效益和生态效益。

已发表学术论文90篇,授权发明专利50余项,转让专利20项,获“中国专利优秀奖”一项;研究成果被人民周刊、科技日报、北极星环保网、天津大学新闻网、环境人Environmentor、微生态等数家媒体正面宣传报道,获得了社会专业人士的积极反响。本人荣获2021年获得“科创江苏”创新创业大赛二等奖,2020年中国发明协会创业成果奖,2019年中国产学研合作创新成果奖,2018年中国环境保护科学技术一等奖,2018年中国产学研合作创新奖,2017年中国专利优秀奖。所指导的研究生多次获得国家、省部等奖项,2020年学生获天津大学第十三届“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖,2020年学生获“天津大学优秀毕业生”荣誉称号,2020年学生获博士研究生国家奖学金,2019年学生获天津市工程专业学位硕士研究生优秀学位论文奖,2019年学生获天津大学第二届“校长杯”创新创业大赛一等奖,2019年学生获天津大学第二届“校长杯”创新创业大赛二等奖,2014、2016年学生获硕士研究生国家奖学金。2021年4月被湖南省国际稻都农业技术研究院聘任为研究员(袁隆平先生签发),2021年4月被福建省生态产业协会聘任为土壤治理与生态修复专业委员会委员。
